Last updated: draft — not yet published
This Privacy Policy explains how CVBoostr (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your information when you use our CV-tailoring service. It is a draft template and should be reviewed by a legal professional before publication.
We collect the account details you provide (such as your email and display name), the CV and job-listing content you submit for analysis, and the tailored results we generate. We also store usage data such as credit activity and basic technical logs needed to run the service.
We use your information to provide the service: analysing your CV against a job listing, generating tailored versions and scores, saving your history, and managing your account and subscription. We do not sell your personal data.
Your CV and job-listing text are processed by AI to produce tailored output. CVBoostr is built to use only the information you provide and never to invent experience. Content is processed to deliver your results, not to train third-party models without your consent.
Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers and protected by access controls. Each account can only access its own CVs, analyses and billing records. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your data.
You can export a copy of your data or permanently delete your account and all associated content at any time from Settings → Privacy. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection law.
Subscription payments are handled by our payment processor. We store limited billing metadata (such as your plan and subscription status) but do not store your full card details.
If you have questions about this policy or your data, please reach us via the Contact page.
